Anxiety is one of the most chronic conditions moms cope with on a daily basis. Anything can contribute to anxiety; DNA, external stimuli such as work (or, ahem, pandemics), internal struggles, children, you name it! Everyone's level of anxiety and the best way to treat varies from person to person. I'm by no means a Dr. BUT, I have dealt with severe anxiety for the majority of my life. I have some tried and true ways of helping me alleviate and reduce the severity of my anxiety.
