What’s the first thing you notice about these two pictures?
Aside from the 50+ lbs, all I see is CONFIDENCE! I used to hide behind a fake smile, and cover my eyes so they didn’t reveal my discomfort and lack of confidence. I have very few pictures taken of me during this time because I avoided the camera like the PLAGUE.
Now, I brighten up when I see a camera. I feel comfortable in my body and enjoy the thought of looking back at pictures of me with my kids and relive the childhood memories. Because life is too short to hide from the camera.
